This policy describes how user information is handled in the iOS app "BONSAI 3D" (the "App").
Your growing trees, shelf and awards are stored on your device and backed up to your private Apple iCloud key-value storage. The developer cannot access that private backup. You do not need to enter a name or email address.
From version 1.2, the optional exhibition uses Apple CloudKit to store submitted tree geometry, curated names, ages, species, pots, work and creator identifiers, votes and reports. Game Center receives scores and a work reference associated with a player identifier. From version 1.4, exhibiting, voting and reporting require iCloud sign-in; the overall ranking uses Game Center. Versions 1.3 and earlier also require Game Center when publishing. No separate app authentication account is created. Care dates and advertising viewing history are not sent to the exhibition.
Submitted names, ages, geometry, species, styles, pots, scores, vote totals and work/creator identifiers are visible to other users. Game Center profiles and ranking visibility follow Apple's settings. Reports are readable by their author and the operator. No free-text posts or photo uploads are supported. Hidden-artist preferences remain on your device.
Withdraw works individually, or use Delete exhibition data in Exhibition settings to remove your exhibits, votes and reports. Your ranking is synced with your currently published works; failed syncs are retried on a later connection. This does not delete your Apple account or Game Center activity history, which you manage through Apple's settings. Local growing trees and shelf remain. Exhibition data is not used for advertising. Apple's App Store processes optional skip-ticket and growing-space purchases. The app uses verified StoreKit transaction information to grant entitlements and handle refunds. It does not receive your card number or other payment details.
Ticket balances, transaction identifiers, a random account token, and spend, refund and pending-delivery records are stored in your private CloudKit database. They support synchronization, prevent duplicate credits and debits, and recover interrupted operations. They are not published in the exhibition or used for advertising or tracking. The developer cannot read your private database. Manage Apple's purchase history through Apple's settings.
The App uses Google AdMob (Google LLC) to serve ads. Only opt-in rewarded ads are shown. AdMob may automatically collect:

You can change tracking permission anytime in iOS Settings → BONSAI 3D. Declining tracking does not prevent gameplay. Optional purchases remain optional.
All notifications are local notifications processed entirely on your device. No information is sent externally for notifications. You can turn them off in iOS Settings.
This policy may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
